  
   
Layers of collage, handwritten lines of poetry and acrylic paint come together to create layers of leaves reflecting the passing of time. This is my first painting in the Fallen Series.
Due to the more earthy tones in this one, I found myself singing ‘All the Leaves Are Brown’ every time I was working on it, so really, it had to be named after the song.
The painting measures 12 inches x 12 inches and comes in a black wooden frame with a depth of 1 inch (as shown in the photo above). It is finished with a gloss varnish and wax which gives it slightly less shine.
