Kynance Cove is a beautiful beach with huge black rocks and rugged coastline. The day we visited was very wet and quite windy and as a result, almost empty, which made it all the more spectacular!
This was painted very quickly one afternoon, from a photograph that I’d taken while we were there. There isn’t much detail, but it still transports me to the spot, looking down at the azure sea with the spray and mist swirling all around.
