I’m lucky to live about 5 minutes walk away from Bushy Park and it’s a very beautiful place. We’ve enjoyed it a lot over the years and particularly when we got our dog as we’re in there nearly every day come rain and boggy puddles to hot, dry and dusty! But there are certain times of the year when it is truly stunning and a frosty, foggy morning when the sun is just beginning to rise is one of them.
This painting was inspired by a morning like that.
